Vinification: Grapes are heroically hand-picked from steep coastal terraces in October, soft pressed. Fermentation and maceration for 30 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barriques
Maturation: 12 months in French oak barriques

Red color with dark ruby hues, intense aroma of black forest fruits, blackberries, blackcurrants and blueberries. Smooth, well-balanced taste with an aromatic finish of brushwood and spices.
