Vigna Barbischio is cultivated with meticulous attention, favoring low yields and manual vineyard work to ensure maximum grape quality. The vineyard’s natural balance and exposure allow Sangiovese to reach full phenolic maturity while maintaining freshness and elegance.
In the cellar, the winemaking approach is traditional and restrained, aimed at enhancing structure, longevity, and aromatic complexity. Aging is carefully managed to allow the wine to evolve harmoniously without masking its origin.
