de Puppi/Vignaal
The De Puppi family has owned “Villa de Puppi” for many
generations, since the 1800s. It is divided into two areas: one belongs
to the territory of Rosazzo (about 20 acres), in the heart of the Colli
Orientali del Friuli, an area renowned for the production of outstanding
wines; the other is located not far from Cividale and spans 37 acres of
beautiful vineyards famous for their whites such as Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio,
Tocai, and Sauvignon. In recent times, the winery has undergone a deep renovation—without
losing its original identity, but combining the latest innovations with
respect for traditional methods. This process has been possible also thanks
to the support of two very knowledgeable consultants: Alessio Dorigo and
Marco Pecchiari. The result is a production of elegant and refined wines,
both red and white, appreciated by the most sophisticated palates. |
