La Vigne
The warmth of the sunny and stony plains of Trentino flows through La Vigne
wines. The master vine growers care for the earth and cultivate the vines
to preserve the flavors and bouquets of this splendid Italian region in
their wines. The Cabernet Sauvignon vines cover 1 hectare of vineyards,
all planted with the Guyot system for training these vines. The vines enjoy
southern-eastern exposure at 200 meters above sea level and thrive in this
calcareous, sandy soil. Nature must be respected, with its rhythms and its
seasons, along with the patience and skill, which transform the fruit of
the earth to make it a superior product of the art of drinking. The annual
production of “Fiore di Ciliegio” is approximately 225 cases. |
