Cantine Talamonti
The Talamonti vineyard-estate was born in 2001 as a result of introducing
innovative winemaking techniques into an historic winemaking area. A tremendous
passion for wine, respect for local culture, and above all, affection for
our roots in the Abruzzo region motivated this step. The founders of Talamonti,
a group of 18 leading entrepreneurs, kicked off this adventure with the
goal to promote the interest in Montepulciano and Trebbiano d’Abruzzo,
the historic grape varieties of the region. Today, this desire and objective
are still vibrantly alive, paired with a great attention to detail and respect
for the vine.
